Our project helped a provincial regulator in Ontario create a fair, accessible, and secure way for people to become Limited Licensees. Before this initiative, there was no education component to obtaining a Limited License. This created risks for condominium owners and residents, because managers handle significant responsibilities that affect people’s homes and finances. To solve this, the Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario (CMRAO) introduced a new mandatory education programme and final exam. uxpertise provided the online learning platform and built-in exam proctoring system that made it possible to deliver this safely, efficiently, and completely online. The platform hosts the full training programme, tracks learner progress, and ensures exams are completed honestly through secure identity checks, monitoring technology and human review —all while respecting privacy and keeping data in Canada. Since launching, more than 2,500 people have completed the programme. The solution is easy to use, cost-effective, and helps the CMRAO maintain high professional standards while protecting consumers. In simple terms: we created an online training and exam system that raises the quality of condominium management and helps ensure that licensed professionals are truly prepared for the job.
Financial modeling is building a tool that predicts a company’s financial future and helps make business decisions. The AFM program teaches people how to create and use financial models to make better business decisions. It doesn’t just test theory—it gives hands-on practice so candidates can analyze data, explain what it means clearly, and show their expertise to employers and business leaders. AFM holders are in a sense great storytellers, as they interpret data based on different scenarios and explain it to clients.
