Here at risr/, we’re excited by the opportunities that Gen-AI presents to improve both the rigour of assessments and the candidate experience. However, we also believe strongly that the experience of assessments remains a uniquely human one- where the knowledge and skills of hominins can be evaluated against a required standard established, in some cases, over many hundreds of years. And so, it figures that, despite the rise and prevalence of artificial intelligence, it should be humans that remain in the driving seat.
