Online Proctoring User Research Findings & Discussion
An opportunity to have a first view of the full Online Proctoring User Research undertaken by the eAA in 2022 and 2024.
Presented by Patrick Coates, CEO of the eAA, this webinar covered the main components of the report and the key trends identified.
Online proctoring has been one of the biggest changes in the assessment industry in the last ten years. Early adopters have generally seen benefits, particularly in meeting candidate needs and are expanding its use, yet some organisations remain cautious about fully committing to online proctoring, reflecting concerns that still need to be addressed.
This Special Interest Group meeting compares the findings from the e-Assessment Association’s online proctoring surveys conducted in 2022 and 2024 including current usage, reasons for implementation, types of proctoring used, vendor selection criteria and barriers to adoption.
This meeting focused on the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Online Proctoring. Patrick Coates, eAA CEO, leads the webinar and discussion with an expert panel: Andre Nunes from Open Assessment Technologies, Adarsh Sudhindra from Excelsoft and Nikhil Sharma from TCS iON.
This session covered aspects of the use of AI, including candidate validation and cheat detection.
